Really good Stay with Great Amenities

I found the check-in process efficient, and staff welcomed me warmly. The room was clean, and it featured modern furniture with comfortable bedding. I rested well. The on-site restaurant offered tasty meals, and the service was always attentive. The boardwalk access provided excellent opportunities for leisurely walks.

I noticed that the gym equipment was somewhat outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. This detracted slightly from the overall experience. I think the hotel should fix this small issue.

the staff at the pool were SUPER helpful. they found us the perfect spot near the water. plus, the evening entertainment was AMAZING! live music and such tasty cocktails. i really loved the convenient location of the hotel and the amazing bars.

the room cleaning schedule seemed a little OFF. sometimes they came late in the afternoon. i would have preferred it earlier in the day.

The hotel lobby is excellent and grand. I found several restaurants and bars inside. The gardens are immaculate and beautifully illuminated at night, I could see that from my room.

My room needed more storage space for clothes. This is especially true if you are staying a week or longer. The room was a good size. I experienced some air ventilation problems.

This hotel stay provided everything I expected from a five-star hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection. I especially liked the several restaurants and bars available with immaculate gardens illuminated at night.

I found that the situation of the hotel is quite a walk from the centre of the city. This means you rely on taxis or hotel transport to get around. This added inconvenience slightly impacted my stay.
