Really good Stay with Great Amenities
efficient check-in modern furniture tasty meals
I found the check-in process efficient, and staff welcomed me warmly. The room was clean, and it featured modern furniture with comfortable bedding. I rested well. The on-site restaurant offered tasty meals, and the service was always attentive. The boardwalk access provided excellent opportunities for leisurely walks.
I noticed that the gym equipment was somewhat outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. This detracted slightly from the overall experience. I think the hotel should fix this small issue.
Rooms
9/10
My room included a spacious bathroom with two sinks and a separate rainfall shower. The decor was modern, with neutral tones and high-quality finishes. I found it quite relaxing.
Service
9/10
The staff offered prompt assistance with any requests, and they were generally polite. The concierge provided helpful information about local attractions. They were always available to answer questions. This was useful.

Decent Hotel Experience
excellent lobby several restaurants immaculate gardens limited storage air ventilation tobacco smoke
The hotel lobby is excellent and grand. I found several restaurants and bars inside. The gardens are immaculate and beautifully illuminated at night, I could see that from my room.
My room needed more storage space for clothes. This is especially true if you are staying a week or longer. The room was a good size. I experienced some air ventilation problems.

Really good Staff and Service
beautiful grounds great selection
This hotel stay provided everything I expected from a five-star hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection. I especially liked the several restaurants and bars available with immaculate gardens illuminated at night.
I found that the situation of the hotel is quite a walk from the centre of the city. This means you rely on taxis or hotel transport to get around. This added inconvenience slightly impacted my stay.
Service
10/10
The staff were very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was special. I received prompt assistance with all requests and found everyone to be attentive and courteous.
Rooms
9/10
My room had a seaside view. I enjoyed time on the comfortable chair on my private terrace. A fully stocked minibar and Nespresso machine were at my disposal. The bathroom included a separate toilet and shower.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel has a gym and several swimming pools. I appreciated the meticulously maintained gardens. I found there to be ample space and resources for relaxation and recreation.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast was served in a veranda overlooking the gardens. I enjoyed the variety of options available. I sampled a few different restaurant. All of the restaurants served meals to a high standard.
Location
8/10
The hotel is situated in a wonderful location. It boasts majestic gardens and pool facilities. This provides a serene and picturesque environment. There is convenient access to nearby attractions.
